Refund And Cancellation Policy
Reservation and payment
- A 50% of the total fee will be charged at the time of the booking to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made before the dive takes place.
- Divers should submit their ID proof (WITH RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS) compulsory before the dive.
- We do not allow children below “5years” on the boat.
- Divers must arrive at 8.30 am at the dive centre on the day of your booking.
Liability Release and medical statement
Once at the centre, you will be required to sign a liability waiver release and a medical form before diving. Candidates may not participate in diving activities without a satisfactorily completed medical statement, statement of understanding, and assumption of risk. Please check the PADI (Professional association of Diving Instructors) medical statement or SSI medical statement carefully before enrolling in a course or diving with us. I case there is a yes to any conditions mentioned in the form. You need to obtain a medical clearance from a doctor before you start any in–water activity. In the above situation, you will need to carry and submit this medical certificate signed by your doctor to the dive shop before diving. We strictly do not allow heart and asthma patients.
Equipment
Candidates using the company’s equipment for any course are responsible for that equipment and will be charged for any loss or damage.
Personal belongings
Neither the company nor its employees can be held responsible for damage or loss of any personal belongings caused prior to, during, or after any diving activities.
Weather conditions & Cancellation policy
Trips are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled at the discretion of the dive centre. Alternate days or refunds will be offered in the event of cancellation.100% refund to be given in 20 working days or it can be postponed for future bookings with a 15% discount. No refund will be given for any unused equipment for scuba diving & courses (online/offline booking)
